Following this we will work on understanding how your teenager works and effective communication channels and joint empathy.
Finally we will look forward and create strategies for when life happens and recognise supports that we can utilise if needed.

Parent of a Year 12 Student Coaching
Year 12 is not just a year full of stress and pressure for students, it is a massive year of stress and pressure for parents. This is designed to help you develop strategies and processes for you and your family to ensure that the year is not only successful academically but also navigated as calmly as possible.
We start by recognising and working on reframing perspectives and how to recognise when this may need to occur in your teen. We also cover the parents role in helping to guide stress and workload management in your teen.
Study planning and time management are also explored from a teenage perspective and ways to keep your team accountable and on track throughout the year.
A key part of this program is injecting opportunities to unplug and have fun as a family and by the end of the coaching sequence you will be equipped with the skills to not only help guide your child through the pressure of year 12 but also allow this to happen in a calm and fun filled environment.
